hi my name is courtney, and i just recently watch your video about acls. i tore my acl about 4 and a half months ago while playing soccer and all my theripy and rehab has consisted mainly of building my core and quad muscels. my doctor hasnt mentioned anything about hamstings or gluet muscels. and in your video you siad they help strangthen and protect the ACL. should i be working on my hamsting and gluet, i really dont want to tear my ACL agian.
