Front Squat 4 x 10

Single-leg Romanian Deadlift 4 x 10 each leg

Bench Press 4 x 10

Alt. One-arm Row 4 x 10

Push Press 4 x 10

Side-to-Side Pull-up 4 x 10

Cable Wood Chop 4 x 10 each side

Side Bridge 4 x 30 seconds each side
