If you are playing in Las Vegas or another summer event during the third/fourth week of July, do not workout.

Jump Squat 4 x 5

Overhead Squat 4 x 10

Single-leg Good Morning 4 x 10 each leg

Bar Dip 4 x 10

One-arm Bent Over Row 4 x 10 each arm

Shoulder Press 4 x 10

Side-to-Side Pull-up 4 x 10

MB Wall Throw 4 x 10 each side

3-point Plank 4 x 30 seconds each limb
