For the most part, what you&#039;re saying is correct, but that sentence is quite possibly one of the stupidest things I&#039;ve heard in my life. Obese people who wouldn&#039;t be able to do a chin-up if they had a gun to their head *need* to start with strength training ASAP to boost mobility making it easier to move around and do other exercises, and boost their metabolisms. Even if a person is too weak to do a chin-up but they&#039;ve very skinny, exactly how do you propose that they build up that strength without either a pull-down machine or an assisted chin-up machine? You can view these methods (or even the people themselves) as inferior if you like, but it&#039;s certainly not pointless.</description>

I agree that girls seem to get ACL injuries more often than males.</description>

		<description>You&#039;re absolutely right. I tore my acl, but luckily, I had the proper training/rehab, which included a lot of lunges, leg curls with ankle weights, and moving in the pool.</description>
